Bridging the gap between online purchasers and sellers, AVANA has created an app that introduces innovative social commerce solutions by providing users the convenience of being able to automate their purchases and sales through social media.

The app is capable of performing this task by converting social media posts into a transactional medium thus dramatically shortening your sales cycle by up to a week. By integrating a variety of social media platforms, AVANA creates an effortless user experience.

The app’s core feature lies in its ability to send automated replies, as well as automated direct messages through its inventory management system, whilst boasting an array of branded webstore templates, intricate designs, and your own domain name; all without the need for a background in programming.

Transactions too, are made simpler: the app allows for users to make payments using social media apps such as Facebook Messenger, and is offered in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Since the release of its app, The Global Entrepreneurship Movement (GEM) announced AVANA as one of the winners of the TENxCLUB – an initiative by GEM designed to recognize ten high-performing Malaysian startups, and was conferred the award by Prime Minister Najib Razak.
